Returns & cancellations

Clear guidance for returning eligible items or canceling an order before it ships.

Return window

Most unused SUPER73 bikes, accessories, and apparel purchased through EMOTODEALS may be returned within 30 days of delivery when items are in original condition with included packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your EMOTODEALS account and open Orders.
  2. Select the order and choose the item you want to return.
  3. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide a return label when applicable.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible if your order status is still pending. Once shipped, the return process applies instead of cancellation.

Custom builds, final-sale items, and opened safety gear may not be eligible for return. Restocking fees may apply to certain oversized freight items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
